Want to make a simple salad but are strapped for time? Then this is the salad for you. As you all know avocado is one of my favourite fruits. It is creamy in texture and versatile. In addition to this it is rich in omega, which is good for the brain.
Let’s talk about tomatoes though. They are rich in vitamin C, antioxidants and vitamin K. The salad is seasoned in garlic, olive oil, parsley and salt and pepper. Not bad for a simple salad.

Ingredients
-1 avocado
-3 tomatoes
-a drizzle of olive oil
-1/2 tsp lemon juice
-1/2 tsp garlic paste
-1/2 tsp parsley
-salt and pepper
Instructions
Wash the tomatoes and chop into small chunks.
Cut the avocado in half and cut the flesh into chunk.
Put the avocado and tomato into a salad bowl
Add a drizzle of olive oil
Add 1/2 tsp of garlic paste
Add 1/2 tsp of lemon juice
Add 1/2 tsp of parsley
Add salt and pepper
Mix all of the salad
Serve the salad into tiny bowls
