A few months ago, I made blueberry yogurt for an Instagram event. For the recipe click here: https://www.creativecookblog.com/post/blueberry-yogurt
As Summertime is here, I thought it would be a good idea to make another one. This time round, I made strawberry yogurt. The great thing about making your own yogurt is that you are able to make the choices of what goes in it. You can put what ever fruit you want.
Honey is a great substitute for sugar (as long as you don’t put too much). Some fruits are naturally sweet so you don’t even need honey. Strawberry is my favourite fruit because of it’s sweetness. I will be making other fruit yogurts so watch this space. Let’s give each other ideas of what other yogurts we can make.
Prep: 15 mins
Serves: 3 people
Ingredients
-1 Punnet Strawberries
-1 Tub of Greek Natural Yogurt
-1 Table Spoon of honey
Instructions
1. Wash the strawberries.
2. Place in a blend and purée.
3. Put the natural yogurt in a bowl.
4. Place the pureed strawberries with the yogurt.
5. Add 1Tbsp of honey.
6. Mix and garnish with mint and strawberries.
