I love avocado in its many forms. From salad to guacamole, I have enjoy having this fruit as a side. I have made this particular avocado dip over and over again and experimented with different flavours. I used to use basic hot chilli powder.
However, now I use cayenne pepper and dried chilli flakes (chipotle flakes are also great). This gives it a more smoky, earthy flavour. The herbs used in this dip give it a sweetness that complements the whole dish. Here’s how to make my spicy avocado dip.
