I tend to eat smoked cheese during Christmas time. This is the kind of cheese I have loved since I was a child. It was the light, smoky flavour that won me over. This is the kind of cheese to go for if you want a light cheese for breakfast.
It goes really nicely actually with a fry up especially the egg. The smoky flavour of the cheese complements the breakfast really well.
