Butter fried Egg with Mashed Avocado and Olives

I like to create different cooked breakfasts or brunches to make over the weekend (dependant on the time I get up). This one is quite simple in comparison to the others that I have but still just as delicious.

I usually fry my egg in oil but this time I decided to fry it in butter and it tasted absolutely delicious. Alongside the egg I have creamy mashed avocado which complements the egg. Another reason I like avocado is because as well as the taste it has great vitamins. All of the good fats are good for your nails, hair and brain.

Finally there are some salty olives to chomp on. Another to enjoy a fried egg be it well done or sunny side up. How do you like your eggs done?
