I love blueberries especially in a smoothie. They are sweet and nutritious at the same time. Blueberries contain antioxidants and lower your blood pressure and apparently slow down the ageing process. Bananas also contain antioxidants and give slow release energy.
This smoothie is rich in flavour and texture and the sweetness of the banana and blueberries balance out the sharp raspberries. It is simple to make and gives lots of health benefits from your 5 a day.

Ingredients
-1 pack Blueberries
-1 Banana
-1/2 pack of Raspberries
-Honey to taste
-Semi skimmed milk/Coconut milk
Instructions
Wash the blueberries and raspberries.
Put the blueberries and raspberries into a blender.
Cut the banana into slices And put into the blender.
Add honey to taste.
Pour milk/coconut milk.
Blend the fruit until it is smooth.
Pour into two glasses.
