Here is another of my smoothies. I know that I have using blueberries a lot but I’m making the most of them this season. I want to get my dose of antioxidant. I also wanted to include kiwis as well.
This time, I did use coconut milk and it does make a difference in terms of the flavour. The smoothie is sweeter in comparison to if I use normal milk.

Serves: 2
Ingredients:
-1 Banana
-1 pack of Blueberries
-1 Kiwi
-2 tsp Honey
-Coconut milk
Instructions
Peel the kiwi skin and pop the flesh into the blender.
Peel the banana and cut into pieces.
Place banana into the blender.
Wash the blueberries and place into the blender.
Add 2 Tbsp of honey into the blender.
Add coconut milk.
Blend all of the contents until pulpy.
Pour into 2 glasses
