Avocado on Toast


 

 

Everyone knows by now that I am an avocado fan. In addition to this, everyone knows that I love spicy avocado. Used chipotle flakes to give the avocado a smoky flavour. This is great to have on toast in the morning. It is so refreshing to have. You really do feel

energised.


It is quick and easy to make. I don’t even use the blender anymore But you can if you want to. Olive oil is the secret to making the avocado softer.

-Avocado contains Omega which is good fat and oils for the brain.

Serves: 1
Ingredients

-1 Avocado

-1 Tsp garlic granules

-1 Tsp chipotle flakes

-Drizzle of garlic olive oil

-Salt and Pepper to taste

 
Instructions
  1. Cut the avocado in half and deseed.

  2. Remove the flesh out of the skin.

  3. Pour some garlic olive oil to soften the avocado.

  4. Mash until the avocado is soft.

  5. Add garlic granules and chipotle chilli flakes.

  6. Add coriander and parsley.

  7. Mix and then serve on toast.
