I love making dips but I have yet to make a hummus...until now. This particular dip is eaten in places like Greece, Cyprus and North Africa. I love hummus however, it is even better when you add something extra like lemon, chilli pepper or bell peppers. For my first attempt, I used my absolute fave avocado.
Moreover, the avocado hummus didn’t disappoint in colour, texture and flavour. There are many adaptations of this recipe. I am looking forward to trying other hummus dips, which would definitely be uploaded here in the future.
