Ever choose to make something on a whim and it some how works? This is what happened when I made this asparagus and green pesto dip. I had no mustard or cream so I had to improvise big time. Luckily the risk paid off and even the niece who is a food critic enjoyed my dip. On another note, asparagus is low in calpries and has vitamins and antioxidant. Therefore, this is the kind of healthy dip you want to have with your sweet potato chips or toasted pitta bread.
